Last week, the future stars of fashion presented their graduate collections at the London College of Fashion MA show. The catwalk presentation of over 20 young designers took place at the V&A in South Kensington and provided an interesting insight in to what we can expect over the upcoming seasons. There was a good balance between mens and womenswear with a range of impressive pieces. The front row was packed with bloggers (including Style Bubble, CatwalkQueen and IsabelleOC) and editors alongside Home Secretary Theresa May, presenter Lauren Laverne and the artist Grayson Perry. Lauren commented, "It's really important to support and nurture young talent in all creative fields, they are doing doing something so brave so much so they don't always know if they are going to get it right. LCF is a major magnet for creative people." She presented awards to Tina Elizabeth Reiter for menswear collection of the year and Hana Chaa for womenswear collection of the year (pictured). It was a very inspiring show and definitely got me excited for London Fashion Week which kicks off next Friday. Congratulations to all the graduates!
