The Duchess of Cambridge sat alongside her husband Prince William on Friday night as they watched the London 2012 Opening Ceremony. They also attended an official drinks reception before hand as Kate dazzled in a custom made Christopher Kane silk satin dress coat. It's great to see her supporting a young British designer although the design is a little more conservative than we're used to seeing from Kane. It was a good night all round for upcoming design talent as the modern dancers in the opening ceremony wore pieces by Christopher Shannon, Michael Van Der Ham and Nasir Mazhar.
