Here at ShopStyle we are just a little obsessed with our hair. So when the chance came to experience the new Daniel Galvin Conditioning Menu we just jumped at the chance to transform our dry sun-stressed strands into luscious locks! And yours too because we have 10 Louise Galvin Deep Conditioning Treatment masks to give away!

Daniel Galvin is a great believer in the fact that, in the quest to achieve the perfect head of hair, you must focus on the three Cs: Colour, Cut and Condition. But unfortunately, too many people forget the conditioning component the ‘3rd C’.
So, they decided to address this with their new Conditioning Menu, created by Style Director David Felstead. The menu includes three treatments: Everyday, Essential and Exclusive. We tried the Essential, where the state of the hair was assessed before the right Kerastase mask was applied then left to fully soak in under a steamer. The result? Incredibly shiny and healthy feeling hair in no time at all. While we were being pampered we asked David to give us his top tips for healthy summer hair.
- Try not to rub your hair after washing. Blotting it dry is far less harmful.
- A good diet is essential for maintaining healthy hair. Eating lots of fish (omega 3 is great for the skin and hair) along with fruit and vegetables.
- While you're lying on the sun lounger, use this time to nourish your hair back to health. Use the Kerastase Masque UV Defence Active on your hair during the day. This will moisturise and protect your hair from the sun at the same time.
- Don't forget that your scalp really needs protecting and can get as burnt as your nose! Protect as much as you can with Kerastase Aqua Seal for scalp and hair.
