Rihanna has this week been tweeting pictures of herself looking fierce in double denim, an outfit which also happens to be part of her latest Rihanna for River Island collection! RiRi must be keen to build up hype around her already hotly anticipated second collection for River Island, because a short film has also just premiered, featuring the Barbados beauty talking about the thought process behind her designs. In the film she said about a few of her floral pieces: "Floral is timeless, it's very chic, flirty and fun but i didn't want it to be all in typical floral bright colours, I wanted it to be gangster, more muted that you could wear it with rock and roll stuff."

Rihanna also reveals she was conscious to design something to suit everyone. She said: "I made a piece for everybody in my crew, we all have different body types, that's how women are in the world, we're all different." Check out the video below which also features model Jourdan Dunn.
The summer Rihanna for River island collection is available to buy from May 25th.

The Arqiva British Academy Television Awards take place on Sunday, a guaranteed ultra glamorous event where we will see many of our favourite stars including the cast of Made in Chelsea, rival for the most prestigious award in TV.
For the second year running, we were kindly invited by House of Fraser to the 5 star Corinthia hotel to get a feel for the kind of pampering the celebrities can enjoy before the event. Inside a number of ultra luxurious 'styling suites', the nominees can have their make-up expertly applied by MAC, self tan sprayed by St Tropez, hair blow-dried by the Mark Hill team and dressed to impress by House of Fraser. We spent time with all of the styling teams who told us their top tips, tricks and trends for this season's hottest red carpet glamour.
After a long day of being pampered like the A-list, we were invited to a pre TV BAFTA party also held at the Corinthia, and were lucky enough to bump into the cast of Made in Chelsea who also enjoyed an early pampering experience in the styling suites. See all the behind the scenes action and the kind of pampering they receIved in our gallery below!
It may be the first day of Spring tomorrow, but the cold weather isn't making us really feel it! So we certainly can forgive Victoria Beckham for still avoiding brighter spring hues for fifty shades of grey. But she still knows how to add interest to her outfit, seen here wearing a rather fetching pair of animal print heels. In fact she clearly loves this design because she has been seen wearing two pairs in recent weeks! If you're bored of winter boots, these wild stilettos will make a great inbetween season footwear staple - Victoria seems to think so! Shop a selection of similar animal print stilettos below.
It's not often a bag comes along that makes us SOL (squeal out loud), because even so called 'IT' bags can be more of a fashion statement than cute arm candy. But that's all about to change. Because the latest lust-have bag is called the 'Cecily' by Mulberry and boy is it super sweet. With gold hardware in the shape of a flower, it's an essential for spring and coming in a delightful range of sizes and colours including black, nude and this season's must-have mint green, we just can't wait to get our hands one! Shop the complete Mulberry Cecily bag collection here.
This weekend we braved the cold to check out some of the impressive street style seen at Vodafone London Fashion Weekend at Somerset House. Despite temperatures outside barely reaching over zero, fabulous fashion fans were dressed to thrill in light leathers andbold spring colours with on-trend accessories. Check out just a few of our very favourite street stylers in our gallery below!
Last night we threw a party at London's Somerset House to celebrate the first night of Vodafone London Fashion Weekend. Key fashion bloggers, retailers and VIP's enjoyed an evening of fine food, champagne and most importantly incredible shopping! VV Brown played DJ, while guests shopped exclusive fashion offers from designers such as Issa London, Paper London and Dominic Jones. Other highlights included the gorgeous Made in Chelsea star and My Flash Trash owner Amber Atherton, who presented a fab talk on fashion styling. Check out the event from our gallery below!
Fashion week is already coming to a close and we have to say one of the stand out shows to us was Sass & Bide, which was set in a beautiful gothic church not far from the Houses of Parliament in London. On arrival, we mingled with the most friendly crowd, which included Pixie Lott who joined a front row of stars including Made in Chelsea's Millie Mackintosh and Olivia Palermo. We were also excited to hear that the amazing Charlotte Tilbury was head of make-up and the clean, fresh and pretty look worn with a ballerina bun was the perfect choice for the glamorous designs. We loved the beautiful mix of long and floaty white sheer fabrics, long dresses with thigh high splits, juxtaposed with more futuristic and structured fabrics. Check out the full Sass & Bide AW'13 show by designers Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton below!
Did you manage to catch the Burberry AW'13 live show earlier? Or maybe you would just like to see it again and frankly we don't blame you! Because it comes as no surprise that Christopher Bailey's hotly anticipated London Fashion Week show certainly lived up to expectations. Showcasing an incredible model army including Cara Delevingne, Edie Campbell, Jourdan Dunn and Karlie Kloss walking the catwalk in monochrome and animal prints with gorgeous metallic accents, the show did not disappoint injecting a glamorous spark into our autumn wardrobes!
Official Burberry make-up artist Wendy Rowe told us backstage about the collection: "There's a definite nod to the 60's with the collection, so I wanted to give the girls a strong eye, but also light, luminosity and glimmer to reflect the gold accents in the designs." Wendy also gave us a little tip before watching the show. "Take a good look at the prints. Just when you think it's animal print or polka dots, it's a print made up of different sized hearts. Super sweet!"
But of course it wasn't just the designs or models that caught our attention but the front row. Attracting a huge array of stars including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Olivia Palmero, Tinie Tempah, Rita Ora and Anna Wintour to name just a few of our favourites. Enjoy the spectacular show once again below!
It hasn't gone unnoticed that many fashion editors and key fashion bloggers are wearing spring collections to the AW13 shows. Pops of vibrant colour and pretty pastels have been seen all over the front rows and we think it's time to follow suit! Many of the SS13 collections are starting to make an appearance in store, H&M for example have just revealed their SS13 campaign using gorgeous model of the moment Ginta Lapina and doesn't it just make you feel... Happy? The perfect 'trans-seasonal' wardrobe, it's a cute combination of on trend aqua blues, green and peach mixed with black and darker hues. If you just can't get enough of fun spring colours, we also suggest checking out Mytheresa, who have plenty of punchy colours like the peach Acne Star Suede boots (£400). Check out the full H&M collection below.
