There are less than six weeks to go until Christmas, our gift guides are starting to be revealed and I'm already hearing festive songs everywhere I go! Alber Elbaz is getting in to the festive spirit as the latest designer to create a Christmas tree for Claridge's! Lanvin's creative director has just been revealed as the latest name to get involved with the iconic London hotel.
Elbaz has promised to create a “colourful and whimsical” tree for Claridge's and it will be decorated with marionettes wearing Elbaz’s take on Claridge’s staff uniforms. He added that he wanted to, “create an installation that carries the spirit of Lanvin, an infusion of tradition and modernity at the same time.”
The Christmas creation will be unveiled next week on 22nd November and will remain on display until 2nd January. I can't wait to see what Alber creates!
