ShopStyle favourite Rosie Huntington-Whiteley turned 26 last week and she celebrated by going to dinner with her girlfriends wearing a fabulous pair of Jimmy Choo shoes. Rosie was so in love with her Jimmy Choo Maya studded suede pumps (£695) she tweeted pictures of herself wearing them not once, but twice from the taxi on the way to the restaurant with the caption: "Sexiest birthday shoes ever, dancing on the taxi!" We couldn't agree more and if you love them too, you can shop the same shoes from Net-a-Porter along with other exciting studded styles from New Look, Dune and Kurt Geiger below!
We immediately wanted to buy a floppy brim fedora the moment we saw Rosie Huntington-Whiteley tweet this stunning picture of her latest magazine cover for Vogue Brasil. Effortlessly cool, we can certainly see this new style of fedora fast becoming a trend and the beauty of a wide brim fedora is that it will also double up as a sun hat! However it's a look that doesn't have to wait until summer, a fedora will protect your hair during the current wet and windy weather - we will be teaming ours with a trench coat for the perfect city chic ensemble. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been seen out and about enjoying the Malibu sunshine lately and has now taken the beachy lifestyle one step further, with her hair. Gradually lightening the colour over recent months to a brighter blonde, the British model was seen out this week wearing a noticeably shorter style with tousled surf style waves. We love this fresh new look on her and it makes the perfect low to no maintenance summer style. Encourage some natural movement in your own hair by applying a surf spray like Bumble and Bumble surf spray (£20.50) to damp hair before allowing the hair to air dry. Blonde shampoos will help to enhance the natural highlights in your hair, while purple toned shampoos like Lee Stafford bleach blonde shampoo (£11.95) will neutralise yellow or brassy tones in blonde hair. Shop a selection of our favourite blonde hair shampoos below.
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley always looks amazing even when it comes to her jewellery! Last week she Instagrammed this gorgeous image of her newest jewellery love Jacquie Aiche. Aiche's delicate pieces are adorned with tiny diamonds in unusual forms, our favourite is definitely the snake ring! And what's more, how awesome is that red manicure?! Get your hands on the jewellery below.
Monochrome and stripes are two of the hottest trends this SS'13 season, so why not wear them together like the A-list to create the ultimate style statement! Stripes have been seen in so many designer collections including Dolce and Gabbana, Moschino and Acne, so it's no surprise the celebrities are working the trend. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley in particular gets style points from us for wearing a fashion forward black and white stripe, wide leg, Chaneljumpsuit to an Oscar party. Shop a wide selection of monochrome stripe dresses and separates from ASOS below!
Top Tip: Vertical stripes help to elongate the body while horizontal stripes accentuate curves.
This time of year it's a good idea to lighten up your make-up look and what better way to start than with your eye shadow shade! In fact that's essential because one of the biggest beauty trends for SS'13 is to team a bright lip with a natural eye (as beautifully demonstrated below by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley). To create this supernatural look, use the Urban Decay Naked Palette (£36) or Urban Decay Naked Palette 2 (£36). If you're unfamiliar with the 'naked palette', Urban Decay have produced two ultra wearable and best selling eye shadow palettes that contain a number of neutral matte and shimmer shadow shades. Handy for travel and let's face it for anyone who loves their make-up, shop all your SS'13 eye shadow essentials below!
We were casually browsing through Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's twitter when we saw she thanked LA based make-up artist Monika Blunder for doing her Oscars make-up. Clicking over to Monika's twitter page we quickly realised she not only makes up the flawless face of Miss Huntington-Whiteley, but an incredible list of A-list stars and on Oscar night too including Amanda Seyfried, Jennifer Lawrence and Karlie Kloss! We also found photos of her heavenly Hollywood clients including Kate Bosworth and Poppy Delevingne.
Vogue collectors listen up! Because beaut Brit model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley appears on the cover of Spanish Vogue and we think it's definitely one worth keeping for your coffee table! Looking ultra pretty and oh-so Rosie in natural make-up, the sensational spring cover with Vogue written in this season's mimosa yellow really is something she should be proud of! No wonder she excitedly tweeted the pic yesterday. Read more about Rosie Huntington-Whiteley here.
The thing we love about Fashion Week is that there are celebrities everywhere! Even the stars you didn't think were in London, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and the Saturdays we're looking at you! From the UK A-list to Hollywood stars, celebs filled the front rows of their favourite designers to support the very best in British design. And it's fantastic to see. So, we thought we would make a gallery of our favourite stars, from Made in Chelsea working spring forward crop tops, to Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel wearing matchy matchy at Tom Ford, the range of fashion being worn was both forward thinking and fabulous. Enjoy!
Did you manage to catch the Burberry AW'13 live show earlier? Or maybe you would just like to see it again and frankly we don't blame you! Because it comes as no surprise that Christopher Bailey's hotly anticipated London Fashion Week show certainly lived up to expectations. Showcasing an incredible model army including Cara Delevingne, Edie Campbell, Jourdan Dunn and Karlie Kloss walking the catwalk in monochrome and animal prints with gorgeous metallic accents, the show did not disappoint injecting a glamorous spark into our autumn wardrobes!
Official Burberry make-up artist Wendy Rowe told us backstage about the collection: "There's a definite nod to the 60's with the collection, so I wanted to give the girls a strong eye, but also light, luminosity and glimmer to reflect the gold accents in the designs." Wendy also gave us a little tip before watching the show. "Take a good look at the prints. Just when you think it's animal print or polka dots, it's a print made up of different sized hearts. Super sweet!"
But of course it wasn't just the designs or models that caught our attention but the front row. Attracting a huge array of stars including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Olivia Palmero, Tinie Tempah, Rita Ora and Anna Wintour to name just a few of our favourites. Enjoy the spectacular show once again below!
