You know what they say, wait for one amazing red carpet dress and three come along at once! We are of course talking about the Golden Globes and the truly applaud worthy choice of red carpet and after party style!
Top of our best dressed goes to ShopStyle favourite Amanda Seyfried. Looking beautiful in lace Givenchy, the pretty and pure colour palette looked incredible when standing next to her Les Misérables and Golden Globe winning co-star Anne Hathaway in strapless white Chanel. Jessica Alba looked gorgeously girly in peach Oscar de la Renta accessorised with a Harry Winston diamond necklace worth a cool $5.8 million!
Mirander Kerr in plunging Zuhar Murad and Orlando Bloom in blue Burberry were the hottest couple at the Globes, while Kate Hudson also sent temperatures rising in super sexy, black Alexander McQueen. Girls star Lena Dunham similarly kept it sultry in low-cut Zac Posen. Always dressed to impress, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley looked red carpet ready wearing Saint Laurent from the SS13 collection. Check out these stars and the rest of the best dressed below!
Pippa Middleton was at her sister's bedside yesterday as the Duchess of Cambridge remains in hospital in London. Pippa was wearing a Superdry trench coat with a pair of brown suede over the knee boots for her visit with her brother James. We love her boots and have been on the search for something very similar. For a complete bargain, how about Forever 21's version (£22)? You can shop more boots below.
River Island is collaborating with Rihanna on a clothing line for SS13 and whilst we wait eagerly for a sneak preview – the star has been spotted out wearing a piece. The retailer then shared this image via Facebook saying, "Rihanna wearing the navy jumpsuit from her Rihanna for River Island collection in LA! Coming to a store near you and online at riverisland.com in spring 2013..." We can't wait to see what else in the collection as we're expecting big things from Rihanna. Are you interested in this collaboration?

Kim Kardashian has been tooting her own style horn this weekend as she tweeted about her ensemble. She shared a photo via Instagram and wrote, "Fresh airport look #tomford #balenciaga #rickowens." We think she looked fab too so have found a way to copy her style. She manages to break up an all black look with gold shoes and mixed textures. Shop Kim's airport look below.
We are so excited to confirm that Kate Middleton is pregnant! The rumour mill has been working overtime since they got married about any possible hint of a bump, but now St James Palace has actually confirmed it. We are already excited about the maternity looks she will rock. Unfortunately, Kate is suffering from "very acute morning sickness" and will therefore spend the next few days in hospital whilst the rest of the world squeals with royal excitement. Earlier this weekend, Kate was playing hockey in heels and a McQ by McQueen tartan coat at St. Andrew's school. We love tartan on her (she did study in Scotland after all) and now have a long wishlist of tartan items including this McQ tartan dress (£610). You can shop more tartan pieces below.
Skinny trousers and jeans have long dominated the legwear section of fashion, but perhaps change is in the air! Earlier this week, Scarlett Johansson attended a press call wearing a pair of wide legged trousers with a striped top. It's a great look on her and is a good style to adopt over the festive season! We love Sonia Rykiel's trousers (£303). You can shop more below.
Ever since we heard the Beckhams were leaving LA, we have been speculating about their next move – would it be London? Paris? New York? Last night, the Beckhams began to reveal more details of their future life and they are going somewhere even better than we imagined – Monte Carlo! Ok, so it's not confirmed yet, David has just started having talkswith AS Monaco, but it makes perfect sense, right? We can just picture the whole family walking along the promenade to their audacious yacht in matching boat shoes. Victoria would be closer to her design studio in London, maybe she'd even show in Europe? Plus, Harper has already shopped so much that we assume she can speak French.
People seem to wear a lot of white in Monte Carlo – there is even a dress called Victoria
, and obviously only the most luxurious accessories will do including a Chanel 2.55 and oversized sunglasses. For him we suggest crisp white trousers and a casual blazer. Maybe he could even go for a cravat? What would you wear in Monte Carlo?
Last night the British Fashion Awards took place in London celebrating some of the biggest names in the industry. Stella McCartney was the big name of the night (and the year) as she took home two awards for Best Brand and Designer of the Year. Cara Delevigne was crowned Model of the Year and Alexa Chung won British Style for a second year running whilst Manolo Blahnik was presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Other winners included Kim Jones as Menswear Designer of the Year, Nicholas Kirkwood for his gorgeous accessories and Professor Louise Wilson OBE won the Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator. Click through to see photos of the winners along with other stars of the red carpet including Princess Beatrice, a heavily pregnant Lily Allen, Jourdan Dunn and Salma Hayek.
Last night the Evening Standard Theatre Awards took place in London and in addition to a star studded red carpet there was also a whole host of big fashion names in attendance. The event was hosted in association with Burberry, but Christopher Bailey wasn't the only designer present. He was joined by Peter Pilotto, Nicholas Kirkwood, and Jonathan Saunders. Celebrities spotted there included Cara Delevigne, Anna Wintour, Colin and Livia Firth, Gemma Arterton and Tinie Tempah. Click through to see photos from the awards.
Traditionally padded jackets have been a ski slope staple, but why reserve that level of warmth for just a couple of weeks a year?! Celebrities have been embracing the puffa jacket recently including Rita Ora who stepped out in a graphic printed style like this one by Peter Pilotto. We love a classic Moncler jacket (£612) or Vero Moda's more affordable option (£18). You can shop more padded jackets below.
